Following the recent inspection of the School by the Independent School Inspectorate (ISI) the full report has been published. The report was extremely positive with many areas being rated outstanding. ‘ Canford is a vibrant and successful school, which meets its aims and provides a good education for its pupils’. ‘The School sees academic matters as of primary importance, not only as a ladder to university and careers but as a source of pleasure and personal growth…..breadth is seen by the school as an essential feature of the education it offers and it emphasises the importance of exposing young people to a very wide range of academic, sporting and artistic opportunities.'
