A2 Biology Trip to Kimmeridge 2008
Earlier this term, A2 Biology pupils visited Kimmeridge Bay, a beautiful and fascinating part of the Jurassic Coast. Rocky limestone reefs make the area
a key habitat and the bay is a designated Marine Nature Reserve. Pupils used sampling techniques to
examine and record the distribution and abundance of marine life and
rocky shore habitats.
