Mr Rubin, whose flagship company is Speedo, generously devoted much of the day to explaining his business philosophy, brands and practices and then treating the students to a fascinating tour of the various design units operative at his 'state-of-the-art' London centre. All of those who attended the day felt privileged to have spent informative time with such a leader of business and design; it provided an invaluable insight into so much of what these students have studied in Business and Design A level courses.
