Founder's Day
On Sunday 20th April, Canford School celebrated Founder’s Day, its 85th birthday since it was established as a school in 1923. Pupils, parents, staff and Old Canfordians were invited to take part in celebrating the school’s history in a service including the school psalm and commemoration with performances from the orchestra and choir.
After announcements and readings, guests enjoyed refreshments and a special birthday cake, kindly baked by one of our parents to mark the day.
