Crocodiles Rowing Supporters Club

Unlike other Canford sports, rowers hardly ever have home matches.  So, one of the reasons for creating the Canford Crocodiles Boat Club was to provide support to the current rowing squad at races all over the country.  As a registered rowing club, Old Canfordians are also welcome to race under the Canford Crocodiles banner.

In practice, current parents make up the bulk of the Crocodiles committee.  They ensure that there is practical support at each race, including a marquee/gazebo, lots of food, and completely biased and one-sided cheering.  The Crocodiles gazebo acts as an informal headquarters for each race, welcoming parents, OCs and any other friends of Canford who wish to stop by.

All their work is voluntary, so if you are a current rowing parent please contact one of the committee to find out how you can help.  If you wish to make a donation to the Crocodiles, you can also download a gift form.
