Shells test knowledge in Geography quiz

The Shells rounded off the academic year with the annual 'World Wise Quiz' run by the Geography department.    Teams competed in four preliminary rounds, testing ordnance survey mapping skills, knowledge of UK landmarks, global locations and the Geography of Sport.  The top six teams then moved forward to a 'mixed bag' quick fire round where each was given 30 seconds to answer as many questions as possible.

The competition was hotly contested, with Wimborne taking their pre-event homework particularly seriously!   On the day, Wimborne proved strong but Franklin emerged the winners after the final round and took this year's coveted title.
