A Midsummer Night's Dream
35 pupils from every year group in the school entertained audiences in the idyllic setting of The Round Garden in three performances of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ during the final days of the Summer Term. The weather stayed fair and Shakespeare’s tale of lovers, fairies and really bad actors was given a contemporary/hippie interpretation in a performance that had plenty of physical theatre as well as genuine laughs. It has been a busy year for the Drama department and we are looking forward to an even busier one next year!
