Very many congratulations to the nine Canfordians who have been awarded offers to Oxford and Cambridge in this year’s application process. Five pupils have offers for Cambridge in Medicine, Mathematics, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Human Social and Political Sciences and Spanish and Arabic and four for Oxford to read Medicine, Physics, Computer Science and Chemistry. This takes the total to 48 Oxbridge offers for Canfordians in the past 5 years. Oxbridge is the appropriate pathway for some, but is just one of the many higher education options our Upper Sixth pupils consider. A full update on university applications and other future plans will be shared later this academic year.
