National Accolade for A Level Results
Canford is celebrating another national accolade for its academic results. The school has been ranked 25th in the UK among co-educational boarding schools for A*/A grades achieved by pupils at A Level in 2016.
The annual awards are compiled by www.best-schools.co.uk with positions assessed from the % of A* and A grades scored at A Level plus Pre-U grades D1 to M1. Canford was ranked within the table of ‘Top 50 Co-educational Boarding Schools by A Levels for 2016’, where both the A Level results and the A* and A grades obtained were cited.
Headmaster Ben Vessey commented:
“I am delighted that the hard work and excellent performance by our pupils in their A levels last year have been so well recognised against top schools from across the country.”
