Trafalgar Night Dinner 2021
It was wonderful to be able to hold our annual Trafalgar Night dinner once again with officers, cadet NCOs, parents and grandparents gathering on Tuesday 19th October. As ever it was a superb and very memorable evening, traditionally commemorating The Battle of Trafalgar on 21st October 1805.
Guests enjoyed a sumptuous dinner and drinks in the Great Hall. The Loyal Toast was given by Cadet Leading Hand L Burnett, Sgt L Zamoyski-Freitag gave the toast to the Immortal Memory of Admiral Lord Nelson and Petty Officer A Kersey gave an eloquent speech about Nelson and Trafalgar.
The following cadets were awarded rank slides by Lieutenant Colonel Dan Culley
Royal Navy Section: Annabel Kersey promoted to Chief Petty Officer
Royal Marines: Luke Zamoyski-Freitag promoted to Colour Sergeant
Army: Phoebe Foxley and Jess Fry, each promoted to Colour Serjeant
Many thanks to all those who contributed to making this such a memorable evening for our cadets.
