Sixth Form Creative Arts
Whether your passion is on stage or behind the scenes, a large orchestra or solo performance, script writing or debating a case, Canford has a strong reputation for its arts and offers a wealth of opportunities to act, play and think creatively.
In the Sixth Form, you might edit the weekly student newspaper 'The Week', write creatively on a topic you are passionate about for the CP Snow or Baynham Essay Prize, take a leading role in a school orchestra or choir, or in a major school drama production. You might audition and produce your House Drama or Music entry for the annual competitions, hold an exhibition of your artwork in the Coldstream Gallery, or present your case at the Model UN conference.
I can't fault my Canford experience. I feel that it's been the best place to help me grow and develop, both in terms of my Music and also myself through the countless opportunities it offers.
