Adult Swim fitness
Improve technique and help achieve goals. Get guidance from top qualified coaches.
Must be comfortable with swimming 100m without stopping

A fun, water- based fitness session for people of all abilities!
Beginners’ yoga
Learn the basics of yoga including a variety of poses, building them into a sequence.
Improve your strength and flexibility.
Explore a light flowing physical practice with an emphasis on breathing and mindful transitions. Leave feeling balanced and centred.
Circuits
Circuit training is a mix of endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit

Dance Fitness
A dance and fitness class focusing on toning the whole body whilst incorporating dance moves.
All fitness and dance levels welcome.

Fab abs
A 30-minute-high intensity session focused solely on working the core. Improves core strength, stability, balance, posture, and lower back pain.

High Intensity Interval Training.
Deigned for all levels of experience!
Short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a period of active recovery extremely effective for burning calories!
Iyengar yoga
A great variation of yoga focusing on alignment, sequencing, and timing which:

⁃ Alleviate postural/structural problems
⁃ Releases emotional tension
⁃ Increases focus and concentration

A fun aerobic workout, made to target the abdomen and lower body.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.
This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
