We were delighted to launch the new Canford Centenary film ‘Always a Canfordian’ in a YouTube premiere on Friday 27th January at 5pm.
Canford Golf Club
Within the grounds of Canford School there is an excellent 9-hole golf course. It boasts tight fairways, a winding stream, tricky greens, and bunkers, it is a good test of golf for players of all standards.
This facility is available to all pupils to use in their leisure time or as an activity, and they can sign up for golf as a main sport and then it becomes a little more serious. The club is open to members of the community and offers discounts for Junior membership. The Club's safeguarding policies can be found here; ChildrenandYoungPeople-CSGCSafeguardingPolicyandProcedures2021.docx - Adults-CSGCSafeguardingPolicyProcedures2021.docx.
The Clubs Welfare Officer is Joe Davis. Joe can be contacted on 01202 847524 should any members have any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns. Joe.davis@canford.com
