We obtain information from you when you request it through our website, such as completing Admissions forms or booking for an event such as an Open Morning.

What type of information do we collect?

We collect any information relevant to the form you are completing, such as name, address, email account and your child's name and age, alongside data on which pages of the website you have accessed.

How is your information used?

We may use your information in the following ways:

1. Send you information you have requested or which may be of relevant interest to you

2. To process form information for use within the school

We review our retention periods for holding personal information on a regular basis.  We are legally obliged to hold certain types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.  We will hold your personal information for as long as is relevant.

We will not sell or rent your information to any third parties, nor will we pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
