While not the beginning of the Easter Term today that we were all hoping for, we are still very excited to welcome back everyone associated with Canford and look forward to a happy, stimulating and inspiring term.
Wimborne
Wimborne is named after Lord Wimborne, from whom Canford was bought in 1923 when it became a school. Originally housed in the main building, it moved to its current location in 1996 when it became the third day house. Wimborne occupies the ground floor of the ‘Monteacute/Wimborne’ building near the Manor House and is conveniently located close to the Music School, Theatre, Sports Centre and Tuck Shop.
