Canford 100

2023 marks the centenary of Canford’s foundation, on 15th May 1923. Our main celebrations will be held to coincide with this date during the second half of the academic year, with a Foundation Service in Salisbury Cathedral on Friday 28th April and a Proms in the Park style garden party on Sunday 25th June. 

We share our anniversary with Stowe School as part of the same schools group and there are a number of sports fixtures planned in the coming months between our schools.  Our new Canford film celebrating our centenary has been launched. A book celebrating the centenary can now be ordered.

We are very grateful to the Old Canfordian Society which is supporting and subsidising a number of events and projects.
